Decide where you want the shelves and how big the black shelf brackets will be installed. Knowing what items will be placed on the shelves. You will normally install three drywall anchors for each shelf bracket. So you have six pieces for each set of shelf brackets. Measure the distance from the ceiling to the top of the shelf bracket and place a mark on the wall.  Enter a line perpendicular to the mark at the top. Attach a Philips head on hand drill. Insert the drywall anchor on the Philips head. And place it on the pilot hole. Get the screw on the shelf bracket and place it on the tip of the Philips head. Push it through the hole on the shelf bracket and drywall anchor.
