Unscrew the set screw in spout shank with an Allen key. Remove thread protectors from the threaded end of the spout. Screw the pipe into the open end of the spout shank, called the blender outlet port. Tighten until the spout is safely inside the shaft, and then turn the spout head toward the drain, so it is positioned properly.

Place the bonnet, the cone-shaped trim piece, over the spout and push it all the way back to the edge of the spout shank. Place the coat of arms of the spout head. Press it against the wall with his hands as plumbers putty touches the wall. If there is any excess putty around the edges, remove it with a scraper.
