Building cabinet to narrow depth vanity, place two pieces of plywood measuring 29¼ inches tall (vanity ends) on a worktable. Then measure one end and make a mark at 4 inches. And then place the framing square on the mark and draw a line of 20-inch width of the plywood. Also measure in from one of the long sides of the plywood and make a mark on the line drawn. Then place the framing square on the mark and draw a line to the bottom of end panel. Cut-square with the jigsaw. Applying glue on the upper edge of the studs and placing the plywood is 28½ inches long on top of the studs.

Apply glue to the short edges of the 28½-by-4-inch plywood and secure it between the end of the panels on the top and back of the bathroom vanity. This is called a spike strip.
